We had SUCH a great experience at Andover Animal Hospital. Our senior cat, Helen, got very sick (of course on a weekend!). We called and they got us right in on a SUNDAY. We saw Dr. Kamper who was so awesome in treating our baby. She also consulted with an animal eye specialty Dr. the next day and called to tell us what we needed to do to help Helen. Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the vet techs could NOT have been nicer and more compassionate with us. HIGHLY recommend the Andover Animal Hospital!
The dr called me as I waited for them to give an exam to my 12 year old dog and they up dated me every second of the way they really care and made my dogs visit an easy one thanks you guys I’m glad I found you.
Kindest staff I have ever meet, they made sure to call and inform us all the way thru the appointment about our dog. Since we cant be in the office anymore, they did an amazing job at setting up a drop off system that works amazingly well. There was no confusion, they were quick and professional, i highly recommened this vet clinic to everyone.
We recently had to put our 14 year old Labrador to sleep. They were very compassionate, professional, and the end of life service prices were reasonable. It was a very difficult process for our family, but the staff at Andover Animal Hospital were very caring. They even sent a sympathy card, with notes from the staff.
They were recommended to us by a friend. We were so glad they were after a bad experience with our first vet elsewhere – Andover Animal Hospital has been and continues to be AMAZING! We could are so happy with the care we have received for our puppy through her shots and spaying. Excellent care! Would definitely recommend and have!
Had to make an emergency visit for my dog. The staff was great with getting me in right away and taking care of me and my dog. They let me stay with her until the end.
