I switched vets because our normal one would NEVER have same day or even same week appts for sick pets. Since switching I’ve had a few cases come up with sick animals and Andover has always accommodated a sick pet visit, or at least held an appt for the next day (with NO charge if they feel better and we need to cancel the visit) Its such a relief to know our pets are cared for in a timely manner.
Another perk: Prices seem great! Not pushy on unnecessary add ons.
Staff is very knowledgeable & so kind! My dogs like all the staff, including the techs giving the shots! They always go the extra mile to help with your furry family.

Dr. Mark and staff are amazing! Willing to go above and beyond, even to help with the owner’s own issues like anxiety etc… They are just amazing! My dog loves them too!!!
Super compassionate and caring staff. The facility is always clean and bright. The ladies at the front desk are always so warm and welcoming and they are usually able to get you in same day or at the very least the next day. I appreciate the open communication about pricing and how the doctors explain everything in the room. It makes me feel like I don’t have to make a rushed decision when I understand why the doctor is wanting to do the diagnostics they’re suggesting.
Dr. Angela Sharma and Vet Tech Alyssa were so wonderful, and were so compassionate and helpful in making a difficult decision regarding my senior cat. I’m thankful to them and the rest of the staff for making the painful decision to bring peace to beloved companions as easy as possible. They were transparent with pricing, explained options/processes kindly, and were incredibly patient. It was clear they truly love animals, and I would bring my pets back here for care any time.
